Mr. Mistry is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MCP. Mr. Mistry shares in the responsibilities of growing the platform and portfolio, while also managing day-to-day operations at all facilities under ownership.

For the last 9+ years, Mr. Mistry has been employed in various roles in the real estate finance industry, primarily focused on commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS). Most recently, Mr. Mistry was a Director at MC Five Mile Commercial Mortgage Finance where he analyzed, underwrote and structured over $650MM of commercial mortgage loans on self-storage, multifamily, office, retail and manufactured housing properties. Prior to his role at MC Five Mile, Mr. Mistry held positions at New York Life, Deloitte Consulting and Standard & Poor’s.

Mr. Mistry is a graduate of Boston College and the New York University Stern School of Business.
