Nicole Martone is a Partner at Towne and Country Management, bringing over 25 years of experience in community association management. Prior to joining Towne and Country, she served as Vice President of Associa Community Management Corporation of New Jersey, where she oversaw a large portfolio of properties and led key operational initiatives.

Nicole holds the CMCA, AMS, PCAM, and EBP designations and is an active member of CAI-NJ. She is a former Chair and Co-Chair of the CAI-NJ Editorial Committee and has authored numerous articles for industry publications. Nicole also regularly participates in webinars and panels focused on educating board members and homeowners on best practices in community governance and management.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her grown sons and her husband, a firefighter who has been an example of calm leadership under pressure.
